Joe Reddick

Biomedical Zoology degree with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Oklahoma.  Twelve years of Medical Device sales experience with a strong focus and passion for limb salvage, Charcot reconstruction, and deformity correction surgery.  Co-founder and co-principal of M&R medical in March of 2021.  Joe coaches his son Jacob’s baseball team and travels around with his wife Tracy and daughter Ally for her dance competitions.  Let’s hope Ally doesn’t take any dancing tips from Dad here.

Nick Rohleder

Joined M&R Medical as a Senior Sales Rep in 2022. He completed two degrees at the University of Oklahoma, both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Geology, and since has been utilizing his technical background to build a career in sales.  Initially starting his sales career with a large technology company, he pivoted to medical device sales and has a proven track record of customer service and a passion for innovative solutions. Gaining experience as an independent distributor, Nick has developed a sense of the current sales landscape in the Oklahoma City market and has an acute understanding of the importance of a dynamic team driven by innovation.  Nick’s interests have been heavily influenced towards soft tissue reconstruction in the foot and ankle and how these problems can be addressed.  In his free time, Nick enjoys time with his wife and family, playing music, and traveling.
